Harley holidays!

When we went to the Sturgis motorcycle rally in August, we got a severe case of Harley fever!  Seems like 75% of the folks we saw there were our age and on touring bikes.  Jim had been looking at boats for a year or so but never pulled the trigger and bought one.  The drought in Texas is so severe, that several lakes have closed the boat ramps.  Not good!  So we thought that a bike might be of more use to us both.  Long story short, Freddie knew of someone who had a 2007 ultra classic for sale, with very low mileage and at a great price.  When we got back from the trip, we bought it!

So now we are in the process of getting to know folks in some of the local riding groups and getting comfy on the bike.  I see lots of posts in the future, concerning the RV and also the Harley.  Below you see my smiling hubby on his Harley!
